  • Abstract
    We welcome you to the 15th Conference of Open Innovations Association FRUCT. This time we decided to return conference to the beautiful town of Saint-Petersburg in Russia. For the first time the conference is hosted by National University ITMO and St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University “LETI”. Both universities have great history and currently are in the top of regional and Russian list of best technical universities.
