Abstract :
Electronic transformers have reliability problem during practical application. The operation of breaker or disconnector could cause to the fault of electronic transformer which hinders the further generalization of electronic transformer in intelligent substation. This paper studies EMC technique of electronic transformer by simulating complex substation environment. Lighting impulse experimental circuit, short time current experimental circuit and 220kV GIS disconnector switching on/off experimental circuit are constructed. Based on these experimental circuits, this paper investigates EMC technique of electronic transformer under high voltage and short circuit current, EMC technique of electronic transformer during operating disconnector. The results show that experienced manufacturers have rip experience of EMC techniques under high voltage and short circuit current. The faults of electronic transformers appeared during transient process are consistent with the faults appeared during practical application in intelligent substation. EMC testing data of experimental circuit exceed the demands of national standard of electronic transformer. The present EMC standard of electronic transformer is a general standard, parts of test demands are far lower than EMC level of substation. EMC standard of electronic transformer which accords with EMC level of substation should be formulated. This paper provides forceful foundation to EMC test method and test standard of electronic transformer.
