  • Abstract
    The online black-start decision support software based on Smart Grid Operation Supporting System (SG-OSS) is designed and implemented. Considering various technical problems that may occur during the black-start, the software can help dispatchers to restore power with power flow calculation module, electromagnetic transient simulation module and electromechanical transient simulation module integrated. For the interfaces meet series standard for SG-OSS, the software could be deployed in any SG-OSS rapidly. Results of the demonstration application program at the Central China Power Grid verify the practicality and reliability of the implemented software.
