Abstract :
Distribution network virtual measurement is key part for solving distribution network calculation. The paper researches method of analysis of equipment property error and topology error about distribution network common information model (CIM), proposes node-section search model to find out topology error, also researches bad data identification and processing technology, gives evaluated standard of bad data from several dimensions including voltage value, current value, active power value, reactive value, electricity energy value by decision trees theory. The paper researches the data repairing technique of distribution network data missing or data error basing on voltage measurement values, takes bus-bar node or root node as initial start node, repairs the data from the up to down. Also researches load statement algorithm basing on virtual measurement, gets relative reliable load data from power user electric energy data acquire system, intelligent remote meter reading system and history data management system. Integrates application of different kinds of information, gains more precise data by state estimate technology. Analyzes an example of a power supply company to verify reliability and feasibility of the method.
