Abstract :
Oil-immersed transformer is an important power system electrical equipment, it is of great significance to safe use of energy, and transformer hot-spot temperature is a key factor to its stable operation. In this paper, for the flow and heat transfer processes of large-scale oil-immersed transformer´s internal fluid-solid coupling, we turn the nonlinear partial differential equations of flow-solid-thermal coupling flow and heat transfer, using the method of FVM, into conservation equations of integral form on the grid unit. Finally it gets transformer hot-spot temperature location under different conditions, according to the results to arrangement of temperature sensor, the measured results are more accurate.
