Abstract :
According to the history and current situation of economy, population, energy, and electricity of Fujian province, to predict the carbon emissions of Fujian province during the Twelfth Five-Year later period and the Thirteenth Five-Year period. Estimate the total electricity consumption, maximum power load, and carbon intensity of electricity over the same period. Analyze contributes that non-fossil energy power, such as nuclear energy, wind energy, and solar energy, to decrease the carbon intensity of electricity. And analyze the emission reduction potential and cost of non-fossil energy power in Fujian province. Make a number of policy recommendations to achieve the goal of "the State Council issued Opinions on Supporting Fujian Province to Accelerate the Construction of the Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone".
