  • Abstract
    This paper proposes an optimization method to solve the multiple attribute decision problem about ultra-high voltage(UHV) substation site selection. At first, an evaluation index system for the optimal selection of UHV substation site is established. Then an combination weighting method based on maximum variance method is introduced. Finally, cloud model is established to evaluate the UHV substation site selection. Analysis of example verifies the validity of the comprehensive evaluation method based on membership cloud model.
