Abstract :
There is a fact that, when people send messages, the destinations are not always deterministic; people sometimes want to send a message to someone who are just interested in the content of the message. However, e-mail services, which have been recognized as the de-facto standard for years, do not have such capability though a couple of emerging messaging applications like micro-blogging have it. Problems happen particularly when people use the e-mail system to make an announcement regarding an official event, which would be easily received even by people who are not likely interested in it. This paper proposes a new e-mail system that has the capability of dynamically controlling recipients of messages according to the context.
