Abstract :
With the rapid development of social economy and urban modernization process´ acceleration, emergency public events make very bad influence to the city, especially in the area of transportation which is more outstanding. So emergency traffic evacuation research must be prepared to respond to the public emergencies which will occur accidentally. This paper first introduces the concept of emergency public events, the classification of emergency public events and it´s characteristics, the concept of the traffic organization, the organization´s fundamental principles, the concept of traffic organization and optimization, the principles of traffic organization and optimization. Secondly, the traffic organization and optimization methods under the emergency public events were introduced in intersection and road. Thirdly, the principle of the evaluation index system to identify and determine the survey parameters evaluation were introduced. Finally, through field investigation and analysis, use the software to simulate the transportation, in order to verify the validity. Through this research, we can provide ideas for the transportation sector, and supply scientific and effective technical support.
