Abstract :
With the establishment of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, the development of Chinese bonded zone has been taken to a new level. Under the policy of promoting reform and opening up, it is necessary to run a comprehensive evaluation of Chinese bonded zone. In this paper, we use Super-SBM model to evaluate the operating efficiency of Chinese main bonded zones, selecting 12 bonded zones as decision making units, 6 current status indicators as input and output variables. It turns out to be that 5 bonded zones are functioning relatively efficient, Qingdao bonded zone and Shenzhen Bonded Zone are supposed to be the best choice in the next expansion phase of Chinese pilot free trade zone.
