Abstract :
The present situation of Highway transportation and its economic development are not matching in Chang-Ji-Tu area; therefore use the DEA model to evaluate the highway transportation efficiency of Chang-Ji-Tu area. From the aspects of the comprehensive effectiveness, scale benefit, input and output analysis, the conclusions are that highway transportation efficiency is too low, there are inadequate investment in highway transportation and production capacity is relatively short. Finally, according to its internal problems, some schemes and countermeasures aimed at these problems are proposed. It can be seen from the results of the analysis that the evaluation to the efficiency of highway transportation in Chang-Ji-Tu area is more scientific and reasonable. And the evaluation method to regional road network construction and planning has a certain practical significance and important reference value.
