Abstract :
Based on the preliminary extraction of the influencing factors of organization career management, this paper further confirmed the conclusions by means of questionnaire survey, used SPSS statistical software for factor analysis of collected data, extracted the key influence factors and analyzed the conclusions of statistical analysis.
