Crossing river by feeling the stones: Typical practices analysis in the exploration of enterprise social work in China

Abstract :
In nowadays society, enterprise social work is becoming more and more popular, since it helps to relieve social conflicts in the company, thus contributing to the harmonious relationship between employers and employees. However, existing researches focus excessively on theoretical investigation. Therefore, this paper introduces three typical patterns in practice, including enterprise independent purchase, government initiation and joint institution with colleges. In addition, some recommendations and practical measures are put forward for promoting the spread of enterprise social work in China.
