Abstract :
Whether social workers can supply precise service is important in wiping out such obstacle as buyers´ unawareness during enterprise social work practice in China. Firstly, from the perspective of service marketing, this paper discusses how to dominate a favorable position in customers´ mind when selling social work service. Secondly, within the framework of marketing positioning strategy, this paper analyzes customers positioning, value proposition positioning and implementation. Finally, the case of Zhi Cheng Social Work is illustrated as a typical practice.
