Abstract :
The RTD sensors (such as Pt100) were taken as front end acquiring component and STC12C5A60S2 micro-processor was used as the core controller to establish the temperature acquisition, LED display and nRF24L01 transmitter in the field module. Then the data processing and storage was realized by the short distance wireless unit through the USB connection to the laptop. In the process of field test and data analysis, the least mean square algorithm was applied to process acquired data. The result shows that the values of temperature acquisition exhibit an optimal linearity and a smaller hysteresis when amplification ratio of the platinum resistor circuit was chosen 35 times.
