Abstract :
To resolve problems that the metrological department is short for test equipments of high-voltage switch characteristic tester at present, the calibration technique is relatively backward, and its measuring precision is comparatively low, this paper uses the advanced technologies such as Micro-processor and integrated circuit to check for the time parameter of the high-voltage switch characteristic tester. The test result proves that the accuracy of time parameter test technique reaches 0.01% which is better than the required 0.1%. Simulation shows that its advantages are stabilization, strong anti-interference ability and it is easy to operate.
