Abstract :
This paper introduces a design principle for automatic cloth car wireless communication control system of mechanical equipment in metallurgy and mine. The system includes vehicle control system and a ground control system, installed on-board radar material level meter in cloth car bottom, photoelectric rotary encoder and the cloth wheel is coaxially connected, in cloth car body control device installed on vehicle PLC programmable controller, wireless communication transceiver and a UPS power supply, ground wireless communication transceiver with radio signals associated with the vehicle wireless communication transceiver, and the non transmission line communication transceiver radio signals transmitted to the ground through a line of PLC programmable controller. Programmable ground PLC the controller through lines respectively and bin level measurement of radar level gauge. Cloth car motor start and stop device is connected, to achieve online display and monitoring, to improve the level of automation in factory, away from the dangerous environment. The system is currently the most advanced control system for material level car, to fill the domestic blank.
