  • Abstract
    We demonstrate a photomask-free fabrication for single-mode polymer optical waveguides using the Mosquito method. In fabricating the waveguides, an inorganic-organic hybrid resin is applied to decrease the carbon-hydrogen absorption loss at 1550-nm wavelength.
