  • Abstract
    The complex permittivity and permeability are evaluated by rectangular waveguide measurement technique which is based on hybrid electromagnetic method and uses an iterative process to fit the calculated values to the measured data. The iterative process is investigated by virtual experiments, and the efficiency and robustness of the evaluation method is confirmed.
