Abstract :
The program committee of the Twenty-Ninth IEEE Conference on Computational Complexity is pleased to award the 2014 Ronald V. Book Prize for the Best Student Paper to Aleksandrs Belovs for his paper: "Quantum Algorithms for Learning Symmetric Juntas via the Adversary Bound." The award is given annually to the most outstanding paper written solely by one or more students, and is named after theoretical computer scientist Ronald Vernon Book (1937-1997).
