Abstract
In this paper, new time and frequency domain designs of Unknown Inputs Full Order Observers (UIFOO) for a class of delayed singular systems are proposed. A constant time delay is present in both state and input vectors. The time-domain approach is based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii stability theory where the optimal gain implemented in the design is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The frequency domain method is obtained by using the factorization approach from time-domain results. The proposed approach procedure is justified by a numerical example.
