Abstract :
This article describes the basic principles of the company operations and provides the survey of software systems that implement various methods of planning. The theoretical relationship between strategic and tactical planning in modern software systems is defined. A new conceptual framework for interaction between strategic and tactical planning through business processes is proposed.
