Abstract :
Lack of corporate environmental responsibility will bring serious obstacles to the economy´s sustainable development. This paper analyzes why internal and external factor analysis, the traditional contract theory fail to explain the reasons thoroughly, and uses NPV model to show the feasibility of corporate environmental responsibility. Under the view of integrative social contracts theory (ISCT), this paper tries to build up a comprehensive enterprise social contract diagram, and finds the root cause of the lack of corporate environmental responsibility lies in the lack of micro environment contract. Trying to seek another party other than the enterprise as the microsocial contract subject is one of the optional ways, but in reality, this subject requires the right agent to be served.
