Abstract :
Globalization, customer orientation, and the rapid development of information technology and communication are some of the factors that determine the new economy in which information and knowledge have grown to become strategic resources and response to this situation, we propose the need to create and sustain competitive advantage as a result of a new approach to address the new challenges in the current scenarios, and mainly watch you progress in how to create effective competition, for it is studying the possibility of adopting the clusters as a competitive strategy, in which the question arises what is the impact of clusters on business competitiveness?, finding in response to allow the inclusion of organizations in knowledge society.
