  • Abstract
    Is to propose a simulation application in restaurant business. Queuing model application is done in one of the fast food cafes of Bishkek, “Daamdan” to estimate a waiting cost for the café and the customers, and to simulate the estimated data for 260 days, so that the café owner will be able to know how much financial loss may come up during one year because of the queue.
