Abstract :
The most commonly seen home appliance control system at present uses single timing controller or multiple-segment timing controller. They are unable to connect to other devices outside home. Therefore, users need to personally stand in front of the device to setup related parameters, increasing the inconvenience for using. Recognizing this disadvantage, this paper aims to develop a smart home appliance control system with positioning sensor which can connect home appliances with peripheral devices via wireless communication interface. Combining the GPS on smart phones, it enables location scenario control, making home appliance control easier and enhancing the power utilization efficiency. Besides, this APP provides multiple-positioning function which allows users to know the real-time kinematic, utilizing LED notification light to indicate how far the family members are from the user.
