Abstract
The GC-SAW system which can rapidly detect volatile organic compounds (VOCs) has been development. The detection limit depends on both response and the baseline noise of frequency in this system. The frequency baseline noise includes the Oscillator noise and temperature coefficient of frequency (TCF) noise. The TCF of the SAW sensor is hard to remove, so the optimization is base on both SAW oscillator and the thermostat in this paper.
