Abstract :
With its compact size, the InP based travelling wave MZ modulator is an emerging technology that is ideally suitable for higher level system integration with other semiconductor based small opto-electronic devices and micro-optics. This technology offers high bandwidth, low Vp, and good linearity that can address the performance and size requirement of the future avionic RF photonic systems.
