Abstract :
This paper presents a Fuzzy-Mon te Carlo Simulation (FMCS) approach for reliability evaluation after a discussion about the fuzzy arithmetic and Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) in systems´ modeling. The FMCS method is applied to protective devices and its advantages are expanded.
