Abstract
In this paper, we propose a novel multi and wideband antenna with a planar Triangular-Circular Fractal structure. The antenna is designed using the iterations of Triangular-Circular and Elliptical ground with a modified partial ground plane. The antenna shows operating bandwidths (referenced VSWR = 2) for covering the range of frequencies 0.9-2.5 GHz, 5.4GHz-32GHz. The present design mainly focuses on the current trends in the development of compact and low profile mobile communication and Ultra Wideband (UWB) applications. for many wireless communications such as RFID, DCS-1800, PCS-1900, IMT-2000/UMTS, GPS, ISM (including WLAN), WiFi, Bluetooth and upper UWB band.
