    We welcome you to the 16th Conference of Open Innovations Association FRUCT. This time we decdided to return conference to the capital of North Scandinavia, town of innovations - Oulu in Finland. As the previous time the main host of the conference is University of Oulu, which is known for strong research background and long-time traditions of running cooperation with Russian and EU universities.
