  • Abstract
    In this paper it is shown, that the digital filtration of result of variable-filed Hall measurements by weighting digital-data filter with Blackman window lead to error suppression for densities and mobilities of charge carriers, determined by mobility spectrum analysis with multicarrier fitting.
