Abstract :
Paper shows the need of the creation of laboratory works to prepare students in electronics and nanoelectronics, to get the skills in development of wireless communication using the ZigBee Protocol. Paper presents the developed educational and methodical complex, consisting of four laboratory work. Shows the functional circuit devices and software for solving applied problems of digital technology.
