Abstract
Selection and substantiation of the method for small area surface porosity measurement using ultrasonic vibrations and characteristics of the voltage on the piezoplate are considered. It is shown that the voltage magnitude on the piezoplate changes by 20% when the plate is set in contact with the skin, but the voltage phase changes by less than 1%.
