Abstract
Two clustering combined method was proposed to deal with functional magnetic resonance imaging. This method can discover different network in a single run. We applied the method to resting-state data, and the default mode network was discovered, which was consistent with the independent component analysis result. The problem on the detection of brain functional connectivity network was discussed. The validity of the presented method was elucidated by experiments on a human dataset. On the dataset, the presented approach discovered default mode network which was in line with the discoveries of former studies.
