Abstract :
The design and manufacturing of a high accuracy 2D scanner dedicated to planar millimeter wave measurements is presented in this paper. The applicative needs are first described, the technical requirements and solutions are then exposed, as well as the planarity check procedures. Finally, the results obtained during the Quiet Zone probing of IETR compact range are shown to illustrate the capabilities of the scanner.
