Abstract
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP, for short) is a combination of qualitative and quantitative multi-criteria decision analysis, which is extensively practical to decision analysis on the various types of problems. First, the principle of the improved methods, ideas, and evaluation procedures are provided through the improvement of the traditional AHP, given, and compared with the original method. The weight of every evaluation index determined by means of the improved AHP enables people to know that the judgment of the matrix is much more consistent, and at the same time it can solve the difficulties in determining traditional scales and in the consistency in judgment matrix check. Therefore, the improved AHP is a reasonable and applicable in the determination of the target weight in the teacher´s evaluation.
