Abstract :
The practical training is one of the key measures of quality technical vocational training of skilled personnel. The paper studies the training base construction method, explores new ideas and communications technology professionals in vocational training through a school-enterprise cooperation, which forms a new type engineering practice center and communications technology professional development. Wherein relying on information communication network courses and practice teaching activities, personnel training and the combination of school-enterprise cooperation, it mobilizes the enthusiasm of students and partners. The engineering practice center plays its role in the practice of teaching, to solve practical technical problems encountered in the construction process, to train the student as the staff. Thus, it forms the differentiated characteristics and innovative professional development, creates a good social and economic value, and leads to the sustainable development of win-win situation.
