  • Abstract
    This paper emphasizes the importance of emergency command procedure and analyzes China´s emergency command procedure and US´s emergency command procedure specifically with the flow chart. Finally, a case study was launched to dig out the problems in China´s procedure and relevant suggestion was also offered.
