Abstract :
This paper presents a current-mode (CM) rectifier configuration using single operational floating current conveyor (OFCC). Additionally, the topology uses two MOS transistors operating as switches and is suitable for integration. The SPICE simulations using 0.18 μm TSMC CMOS technology parameters have been included to verify the theoretical predictions.
