Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a city entrepreneurial environment evaluation using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process technology. Firstly, index system of city entrepreneurial environment evaluation is given, which is organized as a hierarchical structure. Particularly, first level of the index system contains four modules, such as Social environment, Resources environment, Sales environment, and Territorial environment. Secondly, by defining triangular fuzzy numbers and fuzzy pair wised comparison matrix, the city entrepreneurial environment evaluation problem can be converted to an optimization problem. Finally, to make performance evaluation, we collect the entrepreneurial data from ten cities to construct the dataset. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm.
