Abstract :
Based on the larger amount of inventory, bigger fire load, larger crowds and bigger daily trading volume of the large clothing market, the paper invested the occupant density of the cloth store in Wuhan. The normal population means and variance of interval estimation principle was applied, and the evacuation conversion coefficient interval of the large clothing market was calculated. Comparing the results with the different data from codes of commercial buildings, the reference evacuation conversion coefficient of a large clothing market proposed in the paper is smaller, which results in reducing the stairs and evacuation width to satisfy the concept of economic and scientific design. It suggested that the evacuation conversion coefficient of specifications can be chosen individual, rather than rigid to code in future.
