Abstract :
The material of nano-titanium dioxide used in asphalt pavement material can absorb nitrogen oxides in automobile exhaust very well, thus play the role of degradable automobile exhaust. In order to explore the feasibility of the material of nano-titanium dioxide application of pavement materials, understand road the performance nano-titanium dioxide modified asphalt mixture, In this paper, through the test of nano-titanium dioxide modified asphalt mixture Marshall test, the mixture rutting test and water stability test, and with preliminary study on different contents of titanium dioxide on the functionality of asphalt pavement, we analysis the road performance of nano-titanium dioxide modified asphalt mixture. The results show that incorporation of nanomaterials does not affect the performance of asphalt mixture basically, and appropriate dose of nanometer-dioxide admixtures can significantly improve the road performance of asphalt mixture.
