Abstract :
This paper is based on analysis and summary of related literature, in accordance with resource and topography feature of Pinggu District, Beijing, with GIS-based, overlay analysis is utilized to analyze the roads, population, water system and other elements, towards the goal of greenway construction in Pinggu district, the author designs a greenway system of 4 verticals and 5 horizontals in Pinggu district. This research have explored the greenway construction and landscape forest skeleton construction in the metropolitan fringe, it provides beneficial suggestions and reference for greenway construction of the plain terrain.
