Abstract :
At present, there is a series of problems in project cost management of Chinese construction enterprise, to a certain extent, which affected the development of the construction industry China. Lean model experimental analysis which comes from lean production and management, has become the guiding ideology for a new round of management revolution. In this paper, the connotation of lean model experimental analysis has been a starting point. Combined with the characteristics of engineering project cost management about Chinese construction enterprise, demonstrate the importance of lean model experimental analysis to the project cost control, promote the development of the building industry and the international competitiveness of Chinese.
