Abstract :
This paper proposes drive control system that models drive train referring to Toyota Prius: engines, generators, motors, and vehicles. And it evaluates the power split and power control of each unit through running simulation. In the hybrid system, it has a mechanism in which power from engine works generator via power split device and generates torque. This torque is transmitted to vehicle as a driving force, and vehicle runs. At this time, generation torque controls power of engine. As a result, it was possible to realize control to run while maintaining engine output in a high efficiency area.
