Abstract :
An apoptotic cells image recognition method based on Scutellaria Barbata Polysaccharides and CTX is proposed in this paper. It uses the image features of Hepatoma apoptotic cells by various kinds of drugs. Then it computes the number of apoptotic cells area, average optical density, mean gray basic information. The number density, surface density of the cells is extracted to analysis the apoptotic shape, and it is an important factor in diagnosis. Experiments show that, compared with the traditional diagnosis method, this approach is effective to identify the Hepatoma apoptotic cells by Scutellaria Barbata Polysaccharides and CTX.
