Abstract :
A vertically integrated grating-coupled 1-to-32 H-tree optical clock is experimentally demonstrated on adhesively bonded silicon nanomembrane. This optical clock has an excess loss of 2.2dB, a uniformity of 0.72dB, and a broad transmission spectrum.
