Abstract :
High efficiency operation of two types of quantum dot comb-laser is demonstrated at elevated temperature. Their energy efficiencies correspond to 0.6 pJ/bit at 12.5 Gbps and 1 pJ/bit at 25 Gbps at 80°C.
