Abstract :
Two pulsed lasers: 1.064 μm Nd:YAG and 2.05 μm Ho:YLF were used to pump KTP OPA and ZGP OPO/OPA system. The result laser source provided 100 mJ/ 100 Hz output in 3.5-5 μm range with the beam quality M2 ~ 5-8. The conversion efficiency achieved values up to 70% for KTP OPA and 40% for ZGP OPA.
